Heather LaBarre

Dr. Heather A. LaBarre is an Assistant Professor and Director of Field Education in the Department of Social Work at Kutztown University. She holds a PhD in Human Development with a Social Work specialization from Marywood University and an MSW from Kutztown University. Her professional licensure includes LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
