Heather Hofmeister is a Professor of Sociology of Work at Goethe University Frankfurt since 2011 and co-director of the Center for Leadership and Behavior in Organizations (CLBO). She previously served as the first female Vice Rector for Human Resources and Development at RWTH Aachen University (2008–2011) and held professorships in Gender and Life Course Research. Her expertise spans work sociology, gender inequalities, family studies, and policy impacts on careers.
