Heather Clark is an Adjunct Research Professor in the Department of Psychology at Carleton University. She concurrently serves as Senior Research Officer at the Parole Board of Canada, focusing on offender reintegration, victim experiences, and parole decision-making processes. Her research expertise lies at the intersection of forensic psychology and criminal justice system analysis.
Dr. Clark holds a Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology from Carleton University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Toronto specializing in psychological measurement. She maintains active research collaborations and is interested in co-supervising graduate students in her areas of specialization.
