Heather Ann Dalton

Heather Ann Dalton, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center, with a secondary appointment in the Department of Family and Community Medicine. She specializes in palliative care and complex care transitions for underserved populations. Her clinical and academic roles include chairing the Palliative Medicine Education Committee and the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Clinical Competency Committee.
