Dr. Hayli Millar is an Associate Professor in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of the Fraser Valley (British Columbia, Canada) and a Senior Associate at the International Centre for Criminal Law Reform. She holds postgraduate degrees in criminology (M.A.) and law (Ph.D.).

Her research focuses on comparative socio-legal analysis, transitional justice, and access to justice for marginalized groups (women, children, Indigenous peoples, migrants, racialized communities).
