Hayden C. Dawes is an Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research (GSSWSR) at Bryn Mawr College. His research focuses on developing inclusive mental health interventions for marginalized populations, particularly queer people of color, leveraging digital platforms and community-based approaches. He emphasizes culturally humble practices in mental health care and has pioneered the 'Radical Permission' intervention framework.
