Hassan Ahmad is an Assistant Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. His academic journey includes previous roles at the University of British Columbia, University of Ottawa, and other institutions. He holds an SJD from the University of Toronto, an LLM from UC Berkeley, and degrees in Law, Economics, and Business from Canadian universities.
Research focuses on corporate governance, business and human rights law, tort law, transnational law, and climate change litigation. He has published in top journals like Queen's Law Journal and The American Journal of Comparative Law. His work addresses legal accountability gaps for transnational corporations and environmental harms.
