Harvey Maylor is an Associate Professor and Senior Fellow in Management Practice at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He has been affiliated with the School since 2013, serving as Programme Director for the Major Projects Leadership Academy (MPLA) and contributing to its flagship programme for UK government project leaders. Prior roles include Founding Director of Cranfield University's International Centre for Programme Management and academic positions at Cardiff Business School and the University of Bath.
His research focuses on major projects—large-scale initiatives characterized by significant budgetary, risk, or stakeholder complexity.
