Harry Oppenheimer

Harry Oppenheimer is a political scientist specializing in technology and international security. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the UC Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation (IGCC) in Washington, D.C., and will join the Georgia Tech School of Public Policy as an Assistant Professor in August 2024.
