Harry Barton

Harry Barton is a PhD researcher at the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research at the University of Manchester, affiliated with the Department of Civil Engineering and Management. Her work focuses on city-level decarbonisation and climate action, with specific emphasis on cross-city learning mechanisms and policy implementation.
