Harry Al-Wassiti is a Research Fellow in Drug Delivery Disposition & Dynamics at Monash University. He serves as Primary Chief Investigator on multiple research projects focused on mRNA vaccine development and delivery systems, and is an active member of the Monash RNA expert group.
His research interests span several key areas in pharmaceutical sciences and vaccine development:
- mRNA vaccine technology and manufacturing
- Lipid nanoparticle delivery systems
- SARS-CoV-2 variants and immune responses
- Novel vaccine formulations to overcome immune imprinting
- Gene delivery mechanisms for therapeutic applications
