Dr. Hardik Bhimani is a tenured Lecturer in Management & Leadership at RMIT University's School of Management, part of the College of Business and Law. He serves as Program Manager for the Leadership and Strategy major, Course Coordinator for BUSM1100 (Organisations), and President of RMIT's Technology and Entrepreneurship Club. His roles include membership in the College of Business and Law Research Committee, where he enhances research strategies. Previously, he held the RMIT Vice-Chancellor's Postdoctoral Fellowship in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (2022–2024).
Dr. Bhimani holds a PhD in Management (RMIT), First Class Honours in Psychology (University of Adelaide), and a Bachelor's in Psychology (Monash University). He is an Affiliate of the Australian Psychological Society's Organisational and Educational Psychology colleges.
His research focuses on behavioral innovation, future of work dynamics, and sustainable leadership. Key themes include AI ethics, cognitive influences on innovation, and workplace wellbeing. He founded RMIT's Gamified Translation Network and Behavioural Innovation Research & Design Society, leveraging cross-border collaborations.
Award-winning researcher with over A$115k in grants, his work addresses open innovation challenges, entrepreneurial cognition, and sustainable organizational development. He has presented globally and published in journals like British Journal of Management and IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management.
