Harald Rohracher is a Professor at the Department of Theme (TEMA), Linköping University, affiliated with the Theme Technology and Social Change (THEME). His research focuses on sociotechnical transitions for climate-neutral cities, examining energy systems, digitalization, and governance strategies.
