Hany Ibrahim is a Sessional Instructor at Mount Royal University and the University of Calgary, Canada. He holds a PhD in Religious Studies from the University of Calgary. His expertise spans pre-modern and contemporary Islamic thought, Sufi literature, Arabic language, and Islamic art and architecture.
