Hans Peter Kohler is the FJ Warren Professor of Demography in the Department of Sociology at the University of Pennsylvania. His research integrates demography, economics, and social sciences to study health, aging, fertility, and family dynamics, particularly in low-income and global contexts. He directs the Malawi Longitudinal Study of Families and Health (MLSFH) and co-directs the Population Aging Research Center (PARC) at Penn.
