Hans-Kristian Hernes

Hans-Kristian Hernes is a Professor at the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences and Teacher Education within UiT The Arctic University of Norway. His research focuses on Indigenous Governance, Energy Transitions, and Arctic Politics, with a particular emphasis on Sámi rights and policy implementation.
