Hans Johnston is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Temple University (1999), an M.A. from the University of Pittsburgh (1991), and a B.A. from Temple University (1989). His research focuses on Scientific Computing and Fluid Dynamics, with particular expertise in turbulence modeling, computational fluid dynamics, and numerical methods for partial differential equations.
