Prof. Dr. Hans-Detlef Horn holds the chair of Public Law at the Department of Public Law, College of Law, Philipps University of Marburg. His work focuses on state and constitutional law, administrative law, European law, and public international economic law, with particular emphasis on constitutional principles of the rule of law and democracy across national, European, and international legal frameworks.
