Dr. Hannah Scott is a Senior Research Fellow and NHMRC Emerging Leadership Fellow at the Flinders Health and Medical Research Institute (FHMRI), co-Lead of Sleep Health’s Technology Innovations research group. Her work focuses on leveraging digital technologies for sleep health assessment and management, including the development of the wearable insomnia treatment device THIM.

Dr. Scott’s research spans insomnia, circadian rhythms, and sleep technology, with a focus on validating novel monitoring tools, optimizing consumer sleep devices, and exploring individual sleep needs. Her projects include a world-first randomized controlled trial comparing digital insomnia therapies.
