Hanna Wysocka

Dr. Hanna Wysocka is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of English, Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań. Her academic career spans decades of research and teaching in linguistics and language education.

Research Focus:
Dr. Wysocka specializes in psycholinguistics, particularly first and second language acquisition, with a strong emphasis on English phonetics and phonology. Her work explores intersections between language development, gender studies, and technology-enhanced pedagogy (CALL). She has contributed to understanding temporal systems in child language and the defective tense hypothesis in Polish acquisition.
