Dr. Hanika Rizo is a researcher in the Department of Earth Sciences at Carleton University, part of the Faculty of Science. Her research focuses on the early geochemical evolution of the Earth, particularly processes occurring over 4 billion years ago, such as core formation and mantle evolution. She employs isotopic systems like 182Hf-182W to analyze mantle-derived rocks, emphasizing projects in the Saglek-Hebron Complex, Northern Labrador.
