Hana Svatos-Raznjevic is a Doctoral Researcher and Research Fellow at the Institute of Computational Design and Construction (ICD) at the University of Stuttgart. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a Master in Science in Architecture from the University of Stuttgart's ITECH program.
Her research intersects computational design, timber construction, and sustainable material reuse, focusing on digital fabrication workflows and innovative building systems. Current projects include IntCDC-RP10.1: Architectural, Historical and Social Science Perspectives and Robots/Reuse initiatives.
Her recent publications emphasize:
- Multi-storey timber construction trends
- Granular architecture with demolition waste
- Robotic fabrication for non-standard materials
At ICD, she contributes to teaching design studios like Performative Morphology and has worked on the ITECH Research Demonstrator 2018-19. Her work bridges computational methodologies with sustainable architectural practices.
