Dr. Han-Yen Kao is an Associate Professor of Economics and Department Vice Chair at Northwestern College. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from Rutgers University, and dual M.A. and B.A. degrees from National Chengchi University in Taiwan. His research focuses on empirical microeconomics and behavioral economics, with notable work on group decision-making, education-religion linkages, and diversity economics.
