Han Ye

Han Ye is an Associate Professor at Lehigh University, holding the Class of '61 Professorship. She serves as the Business Co-Director for the Integrated Business and Health program, bridging analytics with operational strategies.

• Ph.D. in Statistics and Operations Research from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

Her research focuses on leveraging data analytics to optimize service operations, particularly in healthcare facilities and customer contact centers. She has collaborated with major institutions like Xerox, Christie Clinic, Alberta Health Services, and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in Singapore, aiming to translate data insights into actionable strategies for operational efficiency.
