Dr. Hamid Lankarani is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Wichita State University's College of Engineering. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in impact dynamics, crashworthiness, and occupant protection for aerospace and automotive systems. A Fellow of the ASME, he has received numerous awards and secured over $10 million in research funding. He has advised over 300 graduate students and authored over 400 publications.
