Hala Nassereddine is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Kentucky's Stanley and Karen Pigman College of Engineering. Her research focuses on advancing the construction industry through the integration of technology and organizational practices, emphasizing Construction 4.0 innovations like Digital Twins, Augmented Reality, and Lean Construction methodologies. She leads the COIN lab, investigating how people, processes, and technology intersect to improve project outcomes and address workforce challenges.
