Hakan Alper KAMİLOĠLU serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Bayburt University's Faculty of Engineering, with dual administrative leadership roles as Deputy Department Manager for Civil Engineering and Head of the Department of Transportation.
His research specializes in Civil Engineering with concentrated expertise in Geotechnics and Soil Mechanics, focusing on earth material behavior and foundational engineering applications for construction projects.
He actively participates in institutional governance through multiple commissions including the Laboratory/Workshop Maintenance Commission (serving as Minister), Bologna/Erasmus/Farabi Commission, Faculty Informatics Commission, and dual Quality Commissions at both departmental and faculty levels.
