Musa ARTAR is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Bayburt University's Faculty of Engineering. His research interests span foundational engineering principles, civil engineering applications, steel structures, optimization techniques, and alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals. He actively contributes to academic governance as a Professor Representative on the Faculty Board and Faculty Board of Directors.
