Hailong He

Dr. Hailong He is an Associate Professor and Canada Research Chair (Tier 2) in Water Resource Management for Sustainable Agriculture at the University of Manitoba, specifically within the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences. His research program focuses on critical soil-water-climate interactions in cold and arid regions through field measurements, advanced sensor development, and numerical modeling.
