Hailee Thompson is an Associate Professor of Graphic Design at Southern Nazarene University, affiliated with the Division of Cultural and Communication Studies. She holds a Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) from Southern Nazarene University (2023) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the same institution (2020).
Her teaching philosophy emphasizes creativity, imperfection as a creative asset, and student growth through iterative project work. Research interests include color theory, vibrancy in design, and effective communication strategies. She actively integrates her professional background in digital storytelling into pedagogy.
Outside academia, Thompson enjoys traveling, photography, golf, and face painting. She is a pet parent to a sheepadoodle.
