HARIS István

HARIS István is an Associate Professor at the Department of Structural Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Budapest University of Technology and Economics. His research focuses on reinforced concrete structures, finite element analysis, and masonry infill systems.

His recent publications emphasize numerical simulation of structural behavior under static and cyclic loads, including prefabricated concrete joints, hollow core slabs, and masonry-reinforced concrete interaction. He has also contributed to nonlinear modeling techniques and experimental validation of structural systems.
