H. Jeff Kimble

H. Jeff Kimble is the William L. Valentine Professor and Professor of Physics at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). He leads the Quantum Optics Research Group, focusing on quantum information science and atomic physics. His work bridges fundamental quantum optics with cutting-edge applications in quantum technologies.

His research group, affiliated with the Institute for Quantum Information and Matter (IQIM), explores the quantum realm through experimental and theoretical frameworks.
