H. Hilgenkamp

H. Hilgenkamp is a Full Professor at the University of Twente, holding positions in the Interfaces and Correlated Electron Systems department, as well as the Digital Society Institute and MESA+ Institute. His research focuses on condensed matter physics, with a particular emphasis on oxide interfaces, superconductivity, and nanotechnology. He has contributed to advancements in ferromagnetism control, neuromorphic computing hardware, and energy materials.

Key research interests include the study of magnetic properties in thin films, the development of resistive switching devices, and the application of scanning microscopy techniques for material characterization. His work often involves collaborations across disciplines, addressing challenges in sustainable energy and advanced electronics.
