Günter Schiepek

Prof. Dr. Günter Schiepek holds academic positions at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and Paracelsus Medical University Salzburg. As Director of the Institute Synergetics and Psychotherapy Research (Paracelsus Medical University Salzburg) and the Center for Complex Systems (Stuttgart), he specializes in synergetics, nonlinear systems dynamics, and psychotherapy research. He is also a Visiting Professor at Donau-University Krems and Alpen-Adria University Klagenfurt.

Research focuses include process-outcome analysis in psychotherapy, neuroscience applications, real-time monitoring systems, and social psychology. He has authored 24 books and over 250 peer-reviewed publications across international journals.

Honors include membership in the European Academy of Sciences and Arts (vice dean of medical class), honorary fellowships from systemic therapy societies, and fellow status at Sapienza University's Mind Force Institute. He contributes to various scientific boards and interdisciplinary research initiatives.
