Prof. Dr. Gözen Elkıran is a Professor at Near East University, where he has been employed since 2011. Previously, he served at the European University of Lefke (1996-2011), holding positions including department head where he developed academic programs and established a Hydraulics laboratory. He earned his Civil Engineer degree in 1990 and Master's from Dokuz Eylül University in 1993, with professional experience including military service and site engineering.
