Guy Hetzroni

Guy Hetzroni is a Senior Lecturer and researcher in the Department of Natural Sciences at The Open University of Israel. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2019) with a thesis on quantum phase and reality. His academic roles include membership in the Astrophysics Research Center (ARCO) and prior positions at the University of Oxford (Associate Member), Utrecht University (Visiting Research Fellow), and Tel-Aviv University (Visiting Research Fellow). His work bridges philosophy of physics with epistemology, focusing on symmetry principles in general relativity, quantum theory, and particle physics, supported by an ISF-funded project on methodological realism in theoretical physics.
