Guy Giorno is an Adjunct Professor at Carleton University's Clayton H. Riddell Graduate Program in Political Management, Faculty of Public and Global Affairs, where he has taught since 2011. He is also a Partner and Leader of the Political Law practice at Fasken, based in Toronto and Ottawa. His career bridges legal practice and academic engagement in public policy and governance.
His research and professional interests center on political law, government ethics, lobbying regulation, conflict of interest, freedom of information, and election finance. He is a recognized authority in administrative and public law, advising governments, corporations, and nonprofits on compliance and ethical governance. His work emphasizes transparency, accountability, and institutional integrity in democratic systems.
