Dr. Guy Charlton is an Associate Professor in the School of Law at the University of New England (UNE). He lectures in Indigenous Law, Law in Context, and Corporate/Business Law. His research focuses on comparative indigenous law across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United States, with emphasis on land tenures, biodiversity governance, and constitutional rights.
