Gustavo Kunde Rohde is a Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Virginia. His research focuses on computational predictive models using machine learning and signal/image processing for applications in pathology, radiology, systems biology, and mobile sensing. He holds B.S. degrees in Physics and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University (1999), an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt (2001), and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and Scientific Computation from the University of Maryland (2005).
