Gustav Wollentz is a Senior Lecturer at Linnaeus University's Department of Cultural Sciences, within the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. He holds a PhD in Archaeology from Kiel University (2018) with a focus on difficult heritage. Previously, he served as project leader, researcher, and director at the Nordic Centre of Heritage Learning and Creativity (NCK) in Östersund, Sweden. His research bridges critical heritage studies, focusing on heritage futures, pedagogy, and diversity. He coordinates the 'Cultural Heritage in the Present and Future' program and teaches courses in cultural policy, heritage entrepreneurship, and museum digitization. His work emphasizes strategic foresight for heritage sectors globally through collaborations like ICCROM's foresight initiatives.
