Guoqiang Xu

Guoqiang (Cliff) Xu is an Associate Professor at the National Engineering Laboratory for Cereal Fermentation Technology, Jiangnan University, China, and a Visiting Scholar at the Linhardt Research Labs, Center for Biotechnology and Interdisciplinary Studies at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), Troy, NY.
