Gunjan Joshi

Dr. Gunjan Joshi is an Assistant Professor of Business and Spirituality at the Center for Entrepreneurship, Governance & Stewardship. Her research focuses on the interplay between employability, career development, and spirituality, emphasizing sustainable development through people-centric practices. She holds a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (2020), with a focus on handicraft workers' employability in India. Previously, she served as a Visiting Fellow at Nyenrode Business University (2022–2023). Her work explores how spiritual beliefs influence career choices and professional well-being, with notable contributions to green employability and ethical employability frameworks.

Research Interests: Career development, spirituality in management, sustainable practices, and green creativity. She publishes in journals like Personnel Review and Journal of Cleaner Production. Her studies often highlight the role of social capital and competency development in career success, particularly for female workers in conventional industries.
