Gun Roos

Gun Roos serves as a Research Professor at Oslo Metropolitan University's Centre for Welfare and Labour Research, specifically within Consumption Research Norway's Consumption Economy unit. A nutritional anthropologist by training, she holds a PhD from the University of Kentucky focused on children's food culture and has been employed at SIFO (Consumption Research Norway) since 1999.
