Guillaume Champy is a Lecturer in Private Law and Criminal Sciences at the Faculty of Law, University of Avignon, France. He has been a member of the Laboratoire Biens, Normes, Contrats (LBNC) since 2022.
His research focuses on Consumer Law, Payment Law, and Cryptocurrencies Regulation, as evidenced by his participation in the 2024 Tangier conference on "Cryptocurrencies and payment law" and his role in organizing preparatory events in Avignon (2023).
