Greta Mazzetti is an Associate Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology at the Department of Education Studies 'Giovanni Maria Bertin', University of Bologna. Her research focuses on career competencies, employability, job insecurity, work values, and work-related well-being, including burnout, work engagement, and workaholism. She developed the Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT) and investigates personal/job resources predicting workplace well-being.
She has contributed to European projects (Erasmus+, Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe) addressing psychological well-being in work and educational settings, alongside occupational safety. Publications appear in journals like European Journal of Psychological Assessment, Work & Stress, and Organizational Psychology Review.
Office hours: Tuesdays 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (appointments required via email).
