Professor Greta Bosch is affiliated with the University of Exeter's Law School since 2002, serving as Aspire Mentor and holding leadership roles in education and assessment. Her research focuses on International Human Rights Law, particularly equality, non-discrimination, and affirmative action, with a regional emphasis on South Africa.
She led a 2024 SRA-funded study on ethnic disparities in legal professional assessments and convenes modules like Equality and Diversity at Work. Her interdisciplinary work bridges legal education and human rights frameworks.

She serves as Editor-in-Chief of the European Journal of Legal Education, contributes to the Society of Legal Scholars' leadership, and is a Senior Academic Misconduct Officer.
