Gregory Mark is a full-time Professor of Law at DePaul University College of Law. He joined the faculty in July 2011 and served as dean from 2011 to 2014. With a distinguished career in academia and administration, he has previously held roles at Rutgers University School of Law, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Notable awards include the Justice Nathan L. Jacobs Scholar designation at Rutgers University. His professional experience includes serving as associate counsel in the Iran-Contra affair, collaborating with U.S. Senate, CIA, and White House Counsel’s office.
At DePaul, he teaches in the College of Law and contributes to the Lewis Center. His interdisciplinary approach bridges legal history with corporate law, emphasizing the intersection of governance, finance, and constitutional frameworks.
