Dr. Gregory Hall is an Associate Professor at the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce at the University of Kentucky. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science (International Relations) from Howard University (1993), with earlier degrees from Howard and Northwestern Universities. His research focuses on international relations, security, foreign policy, and Global South dynamics.
