Greg Yothers is a Research Professor and Senior Deputy Director at the University of Pittsburgh's Biostatistics Department. He serves as Deputy Group Statistician for the NRG Oncology SDMC, focusing on clinical trial design and statistical analysis in oncology.

Recent work focuses on adjuvant colon cancer trials, recurrence score validation, and rectal cancer chemoradiation protocols, emphasizing data standardization and subset identification through advanced statistical techniques.
