Greg Tindall

Greg Tindall is an Associate Professor of Accounting at the Marshall E. Rinker, Sr. School of Business, Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBA). He joined PBA as a faculty member in 2019 but has a long-standing affiliation, having taught his first accounting course there in 2003. His academic work bridges corporate finance, ethics, and stakeholder dynamics.

Dr. Tindall's research focuses on corporate finance, particularly owner-agent conflicts and the influence of climate change shareholder proposals on corporate policies. His work has been published in Energy Economics and by the Asian Development Bank, with presentations at peer-reviewed conferences globally.

Prior to academia, he practiced as a CPA specializing in business valuation and litigation support, later returning to academia for ethics education. He is also an alumnus of St. Ann's Catholic School with personal ties to the Palm Beach Quaker Meeting House.
